This is CSX Toledo's line former B&O, Detriot Toledo & Ironton had trackage right from Lima to Ottawa remains of DT&I can be seen by it utility poles alongside CSX

Actually, the DT&I had trackage rights from Lima (DT&I Jct) to Leipsic (XN Tower). Leipsic is north of Ottawa.
